30 – 45 – 1min sat in the bottom on the squat *Increase each round
20 calf stretch bounce each leg
10 sumo squats
10 long lunge
20 baby makers

WOD 1

For time in pairs

30 rope climbs @ 15ft

*15 min cap
*aim for 2 climbs per minute

 

WOD 2

25 min amrap of:

400m run
10 ab mat sit ups
12 pistols RX+ 16
20 DB backward lunges @ 22.5/15

*pick a weight you can go unbroken on the lunges
*Run hard on the 400
*hold dumbbell in goblet posistion
