WOD 1

Mobility

For 12 mins: Every 30 secs complete one of the movements then move on through the triplet cycle on the turn of the 30 secs:

  • 2 Squat snatch @ 30 / 20kg (pause for 2 secs in pocket)
  • 6 Pistols
  • 10 Air squats
Split the class to start on different movements

WOD 2

A Chipper for the time of:

  • Run 800m
  • 20 Hang power snatch @ 55 / 35kg
  • 30 Pull ups
  • 40 Ab – Mat sit ups
  • 50 Burpees
  • 60 Double unders

*Time cap of 15 mins
