  • 30 Sumo dead lift high pull @ 20kg

  • Run 400m
  • 40 Plate Ground to over head @ 20 / 15kg
  • 40 Double unders
  • 40 Dead lifts @ 60 / 40kg
  • 40 Bar push ups @ sumo grip
