  • 400m Run
  • 100 Thruster @ 50/37.5kg
  • 400m Run
  • 100 Burpee
  • 400m Run
  • 100 Thruster @ 50/37.5kg
  • 400m Run
  • 100 Kettle Bell Snatch (alternating arm) @ 24/20kg

*time cap 35 mins 

*400m run must be all the 3 team members together 

*KBS, Thruster & Burpee split as evenly as possible

Barbell 

  • Snatches from the blocks, 5 x 2 @ 75%
  • Muscle Snatch, 5 x 3 @ 75%
  • Back Squat, 10 x 3 @ 80/90%
  • SOTS Press 3 x 3
