Coaches Game

WOD 1

In pairs 10 min AMRAP:

  • 5 Thruster @ 42.5/30 RX+ 50/35
  • 5 Overhead Squat @ 42.5/30 RX+ 50/35

*while partner 1 is completing the AMRAP partner 2 runs 100m

*switch when the partner returns from run 

*score = total reps 

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

In pairs 5 rounds:

  • 30 Wallballs @ Brown/Black
  • 20 CTB/Pull Ups
  • 20 Double Under / 40 Single Under

*split work equally
