Barbell Club Wk 3 Session 3

Weight Lifting:

  • Front Squat & Back Squat – 6, 4, 3, 3, 1, 1, 1
  • Front Squat – 2 x 3 lowering for 8-10secs
  • Clean & Jerk – Heavy Singles
  • Floor Press – Build to 5 RM then -5%, -10% for 5
  • Ring Rows – 3 x 8-12 Superset w/ Floor Press
