In teams of 4 / Wild West Team:

  • WOD 1: The Bounty Hunter
  • Team Relay, Female, Male, Female, Male, for time:
  • 20 Wallball 20/14lb
  • 20 Down & Ups
  • 20 Cal Row
  • WOD 2: High Noon
  • In 10 mins est 3 RM OHS (no racks)
  • Each members of the team must lift,from the floor, no racks
  • Then 75 secs each max number rope climbs

Barbell 

  • Snatch – 81%, 84%, 2 x 87%, 90%
  • Clean & Jerk – 81%, 84%, 2 x 87%, 90%
  • Back Squat – 5 X 2 reps @ 90%, 3 x 2 reps @ 93%
  • Split Jerk – 1 x 3 reps @ 84%, 2 x 3 reps @ 87%
  • Ab Mat Sit with plate behind head – 75 reps
