  • 5 deads @ 60 / 40kg
  • 4 squat snatch @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 deads @ 60 / 40kg
  • 6 squat snatch @ 60 / 40kg
  • 15 deads @ 60 / 40kg
  • 8 squat snatch @ 60 / 40kg
  • 20 deads @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 squat snatch @ 60 /40kg
  • 25 deads @ 60 / 40kg
  • 50 Burpees WOD has a time cap of 25mins. Power snatch & OH squat is acceptable
