Coaches warm up game

In pairs EMOM for 8mins:

  • 10 wall balls
  • 10 burpeescomplete both in a minute
    p1 starts on wall balls p2 starts on burpees

 

Additional Work

5 rounds of:

400m run
25 kb lunge @ 24/16

 

 

WOD 2

For time:

  • 100 air squats
  • 50 hang squats cleans @ 42.5/30 52.5/35
  • 100 push ups
  • 50 wall balls
