 Barbell Club:Wk 4 Session 3

  • Front squat – 10,5,3,3,1,1,1, @DELOAD to approx. 60% of top weight
  • Sots press 3 x 5
  • Snatch – Build to a heavy single
  • EMOM x 5 – 2 Split jerks w/ 2 secs pause in dip
  • EMOM x 3 1 Split jerk w/ 1 sec pause
  • EMOM x 2 – 1 Split jerk
  • 50 Hollow rocks for time
  • 3 x 12 Glute bridges eac h leg
