Lunges
Air squats
pvc dislocates
pvc push press
Kettle bell swings

In Pairs complete:

3 rounds of:
12 deadlifts @ 100/70
10 hang power cleans @ 100/70
8 push jerks @ 100/70
6 strict pull ups

*10 min cap
50/50 split with partner

In pairs
600m row/ski
200m buddy carry (100m each)
50 deadlifts @ 85/60 RX+100/70
40 lateral over the bar jumps

*break how you like
*doesn’t have to be equal split
*scale reps if needed eg 100m buddy carry, 40 dead, 30 over the bar jumps
