The Clean Eating Challenge is 8 weeks of education and motivation to get you to achieve your health and fitness goals and equip you with all the skills needed to eat well long term.

  • Learn nutritional principles that are easy to follow and can get the results you want
  • Improve your health and performance

The challenge includes:

  • A booklet with all education, goal setting and tracing for the challenge
  • Weekly online education to grow your knowledge and help you acheive your goals
  • Weekly accountability and question and answer sessions to ensure you are on track
  • Access to the Nutrition group, with lots of great meal ideas to try out
  • Optional weekly interval training sessions to help improve your results
