WOD 1

4 min amrap of:

  • 18 moving dead bugs
  • 6 PVC O/H Squat
  • 3 burpees

 

  • Then build up weight for o/h walk

In teams of 4 complete:

  • 500m row/ski
  • 30 burpees
  • 40 ab mat sit ups
  • 6 lengths of the gym
  • OH/front rack barbell walk 60/40 RX+=70/45
    1000m run (TOGETHER)

*must all complete the movement before moving on to the next
*1 work/3 rest
