In pairs complete:

  • 4km row
    while 1 rows the other holds a deadlift at thruster weight
  • 80 Thrusters @ 42.5/30 RX+=52.5/35 100 reps
    While 1 performs thrusters the other holds a handstand scale=plank
  • 80 pull ups RX+= 100
    while 1 performs pull ups other hangs from the bar

    *you must switch every time partner breaks a hold
