WOD 1

In teams of 4, 3 rounds for time of:
30 cal ab/ski/row
15 box jump overs @ 24/20
2 min rest

*follow each other like a train
*P1 starts and p2 starts once p1 has finished the cals and so on
*15 min cap

Across the 3 sessions Test the following:

1RM Snatch

1RM Clean and Jerk

5RM/3RM/1RM Back Squat

3RM/ 1RM Front Squat

3RM OH Squat

5RM Push Press

Lifts in bold are what you ideally should  hit on that day.
