  • Close arm turn over drills
  • Muscle clean @ 40 / 30kg

EMOM for 8 mins:

  • 2 Turkish get ups @ 24 / 20kg (one each arm)
  • 5 Ab-Mat sits

WOD 2

 8 Rounds for the time of:

  • 5 Overhead Squats @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 BoBs

* 14 min cap
