In pair a 10 min incrimental ladder of:

  • 1 Front Squat @ 60 / 40kg or Goblet Squat @ 24 / 20kg
  • 1 Front rack lunge @ 60 / 40kg or KB Lunge @ 24 / 20kg
  • 1 STOH @ 60 / 40kg or 1 KB Swing @ 24 / 20kg

WOD 2

 

20 – 15 – 10 – 5 reps of :

  • Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • STOH @ 65 / 42.5kg or Plate Grounds to OH @ 20 / 15kg
  • Run 200m
