MOTM: EMOM 5 Mins Clean Drills

In pairs a 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Burpees
  • 20 Wallballs

* 1 – 1 on the burpees

*1 person completes the wallballs

WOD 2

 

In pairs 14 min AMRAP:

  • 8 Toes To Bar
  • 8 Hang Snatch @ 50 / 40kg
  • 12 Double Unders / 24 Single Unders

*alternate movements with partner
