The hero WOD is called “Victoria” for Victoria Soto who was one of the teachers killed while attempting to shield her students in the Sandy Hook Elementary shooting

WOD 1

MOTM for 5 mins:

  • Mins 1-3-5 60% of max rep push ups
  • Mins 2-4 30 secs plank

EMOM for 6 mins rotate through in groups:

  • 4 alt arm Turkish get ups
  • 10 Ab-Mats
  • Max effort DUs
