WOD 1

With a time cap of 14 mins:

  • 3 Dead lifts @ 120 / 80kg
  • 1 rope climb / tekkers (those that can let get around the folks that cant, loads of folks are ready just need some Tekkers)
  • 10 Double unders




WOD 2

A 22 min AMRAP of:

  • 6 Cleans & jerks @ 50 / 30kg

  • 6 Kettle bell push ups
  • 6 Toes 2 Bar
  • 1 Rope climb
