Mobility

In 20 mins warm up and complete: 

  • 10 x 2 Hang squat snatch

* Defined as, “Lifting a non-maximal load with the highest attainable speed”

WOD 2

In 17 mins ladder:

  • Overhead squats @ 60 / 40kg + 1
  • MUs / C2B + 1
  • Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″ + 3
