Barbell:

  • Dip clean pull 5×5
  • Dip clean pull with shrug 5×5
  • Hang clean pull with catch to rack 3 sec pause in the catch then stand 5×5
  • Hang clean and jerk 5×5
  • 20 mins to build to a max 3rm split jerk
WOD 2

EMOM for 20 mins:

  • 20 double unders/single unders RX+ 30 double unders
  • 5 push jerk @ 70/47.5 RX+ 82.5/55
