  • 10 Strict press
  • 15 Air Squats

* Tekkers focus 

* Scale pull to achieve strict if required

WOD 2

20 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 10 Push press @ 70 / 40kg
  • 10 KB Swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 1 Rope climb
