WOD 1

3 Rounds of:



      • 5 ring dips / 20 sec ring holds
  • 10 Pistols
  • 10 Wall ball shots (Unbroken & good reps, or you start again)

WOD 2

8 rounds for the time of:

  • 2 rope climbs
  • 3 front squats @ 100 / 80kg
  • 10 Push press @ 60 / 40kg

There are no racks allowed for this WOD, therefore you must clean into the front squat & push press
