WOD 1

MOTM: 

  • Mins 1-2-4-5 50% of max push ups
  • Min 3 rest

In pairs complete 2 rounds of tabata:

  • Deadlifts @ 60/40kg
  • Bar over squat jumps

* Alt rounds with partner

 

WOD 2

In pairs a 20 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Wall balls
  • 10 Hang power cleans @ 60 / 40kg
  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″

* Alt partner through the movements, after partner 1 completes wall balls, partner 2 starts on cleans, on completion partner 1 moves to box jumps
