Mobility

With a time cap of 20 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 5 Squat snatches (touch and go build to a heavy 5)
  • 10 Balls slams




WOD 2

In 21 mins work through the following rep scheme increment by 5 & 1 each round:

  • HSPU + 1 each round
  • Toes 2 bar + 1 each round
  • Double unders + 5 each round
