EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 OH Squats with 5 secs pause in bottom

 

WOD 2

In pairs EMOM for 36 mins:

  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 OH Squats @ 40 / 30kg
  • 10 Pull ups

*If you fail to make the movements, your score is the number of full rounds achieved

* You will then AMRAP until completion of the WOD time domain
