WOD 1

Mobility

In 18 mins complete in pairs, one working one resting, 4 rounds of:

  • 300m Row / 200m ski (together)
  • 3 Hanging squat snatch @ 50 / 30kg (touch and go)
  • 1 HS walk
  • 10 Toes through rings
  • 5 GHDs


WOD 2

A 16 min AMRAP of:

  • 10 Snatch complex @ 65 / 45kg (once only)

  • 6 Toes to bar
  • 8 Squat cleans @ 20kg over snatch complex weight (power cleans if you are in a state of DoMs)
  • 10 Bar push ups (Sumo grip)
