MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins:

  • 5 low hang squat/power snatch. Slight increase in weight from last week.

In pairs in 8 mins:

  • Work to a max thruster

*Score = thruster weight + thruster weight

 

Barbell Club:Wk 7 Session 2

  • Back squat – max out
  • Hang clean – max out
  • Floor press – max out
  • Glute Ham Raises – 3×12 repetitions
  • Side plank – 3 x max sets each side

WOD 2

18 min amrap of:

  • 10 chest to bar pull ups
  • 10 front squats @50/35
  • 10 alt front rack lunge @50/35

*Alt rounds with partner
