  • 75 DUs / 150 SUs
  • 10 Power snatch @ 20 / 15kg
  • 10 Push press @ 20 / 15kg

10 Rounds for max reps of:

  • 30 Secs Burpees
  • 30 Secs rest
  • 30 Secs hang snatch @ 40 / 30kg
