MOTM – 5 mins DU practise, last min max effort DUs

In pairs a 10 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Wall walks / 5 push ups
  • 5-3 MU / 5-3 C2B / 5 Pull ups
  • 20 Plate GTOH @ 25 / 20KG

* Alt movements with partner

* Partner must hold plate while other works, 5 burps penalty
