WOD 1

Mobility

With a 15 min cap complete rounds of the following:

  • Work to a 3RM front squat
  • Max double unders in 1 shot / 1 min of double under practice if you dont have the movement




WOD 2

10 rounds for the time of:

  • 10 Power Snatch @ 40 / 20kg
  • 10 Hand release push ups
  • 10 Double unders(2-1 or scale DUs to 5)

Time cap of 22mins
