Mobility

In 20 mins in pairs, 6 x 6:

  • Snatch drip deadlifts, build to a 6 RM

* Warm up well, your first set of 6 should already be heavy

* Take your time between sets so you can use maximal loads for the rep scheme (TM)

For the time: 

  • 6 Push press @ 65 / 40kg
  • 12 Chest 2 bar pull ups
  • 20 DUs
  • 8 Push jerks @ 80 / 50kg
  • 16 Chest 2 bar
  • 40 DUs
  • 12 Split jerks @ 95 / 60kg
  • 20 Chest 2 bar
  • 60 DUs

 * Cap of 11 mins
