WOD 1

 

In 12 mins, 3 mins of max effort DUs, in remaining time AMRAP:

  • 12 Kettle Bell swings @ 24 / 20kg
  • 18 ft HS walk / 10-15-20 secs HS hold
  • 5 Push ups
  • 10-5 DUs / 10 SUs
  • 30 Secs in the hollow hold

WOD 2

 

With an 18 min rolling clock – EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 3 Split jerks @ 85 / 55kg
  • Run 800m (Check in)
  • In remaining time AMRAP:
  • 3 MUs / 6 C2B / 9 pull ups
  • 6 Burpees alt with 12 WallBalls
