With a time cap of 12 min complete rounds of the following:

  • 10 Pistols
  • 10 Squat Snatch @ 20 / 15kg
  • 8 Push ups
  • Row / ski 200m (best effort)




WOD 2

An 11 min AMRAP of:

  • 11 Overhead Squats @ 55 / 35kg

  • 11 Burpees
Rest 3 mins

An 11 min AMRAP of:

  • 11 Dead lifts @ 75 / 55kg

  • 11 Kettle bell swings @ 24 / 20kg
