WOD 1

5 mins double under practice

Coaches warm up

 

 

 

Barbell: Week 3 Session 2 

  • Front squat 5RM then -5% for 5 and -10% for 5
  • Hang clean from above the knee 3RM then -5% and -10% for 3 reps
  • Clean pull 3×3 @ 1RM clean & jerk weight or above
  • Ring row to hip – 3 x max sets

WOD 2

For time working on odd minutes resting on even:

  • 100 chest to bars/pull ups
  • 125 push press @ 42.5/30
  • 150 SDHP @42.5/30

*25 min cap
