A 10 min incrimental ladder of:

  • 1 Turkish get up / seating only for newbies + 1 Alternating
  • 1 Toes to bar / V-Sit + 1
  • 1 HR Push up + 1
  • 1 MU/c2b/Pull up + 1

In pairs complete 50-40-30-20-10 reps of:

  • Deadlifts @ 100 / 65kg
  • Wall balls
  • Double unders
