  • Min 1-3-5 60-50-40% of max rep push ups
  • Min 2-4 30 secs plank

For time complete “Diane” 21-15-9 reps of:

  • Deadlifts @ 100 / 70kg
  • HSPUs / Scale

* 10 mins cap

WOD 2

For time:

  • 120 Kettle Bell Swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • EMOM 5 Ab-Mat Sits

*12 min cap
