Mobility

For 10 mins:

  • Coaches warm up for
  • Sally up Sally down @ PUSH UPS
  • Use Ab-Mat at higher levels to keep your hips and thighs off the deck

 

 

WOD 2

2 Rounds for the time of: 

  • 50 STOH @ 70 / 50kg
  • 100 Stick jumps over barbell
  • 50 – 40 – 30 KB swings @ 24 / 20kg (cards)
  • R0w / Ski 300m
