Mobility

For 10 mins every min on the min:

  •  5 Snatch grip high pull @ 62.5 / 42.5kg (first 5 mins)
  • 3 Strict pull ups & 3 Over Head Squats @ 52.5 / 32.5kg (second 5 mins)

 

WOD 2

In a 21 min window: 

  • 12 Snatch complex @ 72.5 / 52.5kg
  • 1 Squat Snatch 
  • 1 Hang Squat Snatch 
  • 1 OverHead Squat
  • In the remaining time AMRAP
  • 12 Kettle bell Swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 12 Toes to Bar
