  • 10 Wall ball rotation pass

WOD 2

A 15 min AMRAP of:

  • 20 Goblet squats @ 32 / 24kg
  • 200m run
  • 15 Kettle bell swings @ 32 / 24kg
  • 10 Box Jumps @ 24 / 20″
