WOD 1

MOTM: EMOM for 5 mins

  • 5 High Hang Squat / Power Snatch

For 10 mins Toes to bar tekkers:

 

 

Barbell Club:Wk 5 Session 1

  1. Front squat w/ 1 secs pause – 10,5,3,3,1,1,1
  2. High hang + Hang + Snatch – 3 x 1+1+1
  3. EMOM x 5 – 1 Snatch @ top complex weight
  4. Strict press – 4 x max sets – Same weight as week 2 > Superset with 5.
  5. Banded pull aparts – 4 x 20

WOD 2

EMOM for 20 mins:

  • 3 Deadlifts @ max Weight T&G (Any rounded backs and coach will scale your weight, its 60 lifts total!)
  • 6 Toes to bar
  • 9 Down ups

*Scale numbers with 10 Secs of rest as a minimum
