MOTM Test: Push Ups 

EMOM for 5 mins:

  • Min 2 & 4 30 secs of plank hold
  • Min 1, 3 & 5 60% max push ups

10 min AMRAP of:

  • 5 Strict ring dips / Box or other scale
  • 10 Power snatch @ 40 / 30kg
  • 15 Bar over jumps

*10 min Cap

WOD 2

A 16 min AMRAP of:

  • 1 Rope climb
  • 20 Push ups
  • 30 Ab-Mat Sits
  • 40 Push press @ 40 / 30kg
