With a time cap of 13 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • Run 200m
  • 8 GHDs
  • 5 Kettle bell push ups
  • 2 Skin the cats




WOD 2

For time:

  • Run 800m

  • 60 Box Jumps @ 20″
  • Run 600m
  • 40 Box Jumps @ 24″
  • Run 400m
  • 20 Box Jumps @ 30″
  • Run 200m
  • 10 Burpee box Jumps @ 40″ (if you got it, stack em)
