WOD 1

Mobility

With a time cap of 13 mins complete rounds of the following:

  • 2 Front Squats @ 60% 1RM (speed in the concentric)
  • 5 pull ups
  • 7 Toes through rings
  • 10 Pistols




WOD 2

A 22 min AMRAP of:

  • 20 Box jumps @ 24 / 20″
  • 15 Burpees (no press and no jump)
  • 10 Bar push ups (sumo grip)
  • 5 Stick jumps
