With a time cap of 15 mins complete rounds of:

  • Run 200m / 150m ski (best effort)
  • 10 split jerks @ 20 / 15 kg (Focus on deep split and driving head through)
  • 6 Toes 2 bar




WOD 2

For the time:

  • Ski 600m
  • 40 Squat cleans @ 60 / 40kg
  • 40 ring push ups
  • 40 GHDs / Ab Mat sits
  • Run 600m
