Mobility

With a time cap of 14 mins complete 3 rounds of:

  • 6 Split Jerks @ 20kg
  • 6 Ring dips
  • 1 HS walk @ 10 m
  • 10 GHDs with 6kg Wall ball
  • Row 500m / Ski 300m / Run 300m


WOD 2

A 22 min AMRAP of:


  • 3 Split jerks @ 100 / 62.5 kg (from the rack)
  • 12 Ab-Mat sits
  • 12 Burpees
