Mobility

Warm in to your weights then EMOM for 10 mins:

  • 15 Push press
  • Alternate with 1 or 2 rope climbs

* Half class press, half climb then rotate on the min 

 

 

 

 

 

 

WOD 2

A 7 min AMRAP, 2 mins rest, then a 2nd 7 min AMRAP of: 

  • 15 BoB (check in)
  • 10 KB SDLHP @ 32 / 24kg
  • 20 DUs
  • 2 MIN REST
  • 15 BoBs (check in)
  • 20 Hang Power cleans @ 50 / 32.5 kg
  • 10 Ring push ups

* Split class on AMRAPs
