      • 10 Squat snatches (unbroken) build to 10RM
  • 10 Toe 2 bar
  • HS holds for 25 secs

WOD 2

With a time cap of 22mins complete:

  • 250 jumping pull ups
  • As many squat cleans in the reaming time @ body wieght
