Mobility

With a 12 min cap complete rounds of:

  • 6 Muscle ups / Ring pull ups
  • 12 Pistols
  • 3 Strict press (build to a heavy 3)
  • Ski 100m Best effort (sub 20 / 25 secs)




WOD 2

With a 18 min cap work through the following rep scheme:

  • 50 Push press @ 60 / 40kg (once through only)


    In the remaining time complete AMRAP of the following triplet:


  • 5 Pull ups
  • 10 Bar push ups
  • 15 Air squats
